Poorly run business - exploiting independents!

Having ordered from HP Nutrition before and always having a positive experience I was appauled when I realised that they are exploiting other independently run Irish businesses. They have stolen the url and business name of a new Irish protein business so that all traffic be redirected to their site. I will be supporting independent businesses going forward and buying from the brands directly - for cheaper I may add!

Shame on you HP Nutrition

Why can't everyone company be like these guys? Never any issue, orders arrives quickly, prices are good and just the amount of packaging that is needed unlike so many companies that wastefully use huge cardboard boxes even when shipping small items.

Ordered lunchtime July 15th and received order 7:30am July 18th, which was perfect as I needed it literally 10mins later before hitting the gym.
I've ordered a few times from here, using both the express delivery and regular. Definitely use the regular, it's actually faster!

Shocking next day delivery, to be told it can be 2 days.
Bought a few things from Hp in the post and never a problem, sad how you have gone downhill and the emails you send back to your customers is nothing short of rude.

Never usually leave reviews but felt obliged to this time due to their extremely quick delivery on 2 separate occasions now. They are also super cheap compared to shops where I had been buying the exact same products previously. Very happy customer, all around great shopping experience.

Bought a €90 Optimum Nutrition bag. The seal was faulty and meant that it wasn't possible to properly close the bag. As a result, I found worms in my last protein shake and discovered they have been growing in the bag. Contacted HP, they quickly told me it was Optimum Nutrition's problem. Contacted Optimum Nutrition and they told me any decision at the customer end would be with HP. Contacted HP and haven't heard anything since. I've been a long time HP customer, this was my first time experiencing their customer service with a problem - pretty disappointed, I won't be back.

Ordered my stuff yesterday at 11:15 and it arrived this morning at 09:45. Unbeliveable. I know they're in Kerry but from Kerry to East Meath in 22hr 30 mins, come on..... I didn't even pay for express delivery??? My go to place for all my workout supplements and I'm pretty cheap to be honest. Great products at affordable prices.

This was my first time ordering from HP nutrition but i saw the good reviews here so wasn't worried. Ordered Tuesday arrived Friday morning, good service and comes with tracking from an post. I would use them again

Ordered protein yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning. Couldn’t believe it ! Fantastic! I’ve been waiting on protein from another company for over a month. I’ll be sticking with HP Nutrition from now on. Great range of vegan / plant proteins at great prices.

Have been using HP Nutrition the last 6-7 years and without a doubt the best online supplement company out there. Everything is in excellent condition and super fast delivery. I mean really fast delivery!! 5 Stars easy.

Used them for the first time last week. Great selection, competitive prices. Good info via email after placing my order. Items arrived the next day. No issues at all. I'll definitely use HP Nutrition again.

Ordered in the evening, arrived the following morning! Delivery is always excellent with this crowd. Got a little free gift this time too. The go to company for all my energy drinks/ powders, couldn’t fault it.
